You own the top of the funnel—then pass warm, well-profiled leads to our Appointment Setter so they can book the call and keep the sales engine humming.

 


 

Core Outcomes (Your 90-Day Scorecard)

  1. 15+ marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per month handed to the Appointment Setter.
     

  2. 2 ABM micro-campaigns launched each quarter that hit ≥ 30 % open rate and ≥ 10 % reply rate.
     

  3. LinkedIn visibility up 25 % (impressions) and followers up 15 % in six months.
     

  4. ≥ 20 % conversion from content download to “Book a Strategy Session” on our Gateway Offers.

What You’ll Do

Social Content Creation – Craft thought-leadership posts, carousels, polls, and short-form video scripts that spotlight People-Forward Leadership™ wins and spark meaningful conversations with COOs/CEOs in transit, tech, and healthcare.

25 %

Account-Based Campaigns – Build and refine target-account lists, personalize outreach assets, and coordinate email + LinkedIn touches that move prospects from “unknown” to “intrigued.”

15 %

Gateway Offer Management – Own our free scorecards, guides, and mini-workshops: optimize landing copy, A/B test CTAs, and ensure every download flows seamlessly into CRM with correct lead scoring.

10 %

Nurture & Scoring – Respond to comments/DMs, tag engaged prospects, add discovery notes, and flag them as MQL the moment they’re ready for a human conversation.

10 %

Analytics & Optimization – Ship a weekly KPI snapshot; tweak headlines, sequences, and audience segments for relentless improvement.

 


 

How You’ll Partner with the Appointment Setter

  • Crystal-clear handoff: You mark the lead “MQL—Ready” in the CRM with context (pain points, content consumed, last interaction).
     

  • 24-hour SLA: Setter reaches out within a day—no lead left behind.
     

  • Feedback loop: Weekly stand-up to review which campaigns booked the most calls and adjust plays in real time.
     

 


 

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years in B2B demand gen, ABM, or social-led growth (professional-services or SaaS is gold).
     

  • Fluent in LinkedIn Creator tools, Sales Navigator, and a modern marketing automation + CRM stack (HubSpot a plus).
     

  • Copy chops: you can turn a 1-hour keynote into a 100-word post that earns saves, not yawns.
     

  • Data-driven experimenter who lives by dashboards, not gut feelings.
     

  • Collaborative, coachable, and wired to share wins and lessons fast.
     

 


 

Compensation & Logistics

  • Hourly: $30
     

  • Hours: 40 per month (you time-block your week; we care about outcomes)
     

  • Performance Bonus: paid quarterly for surpassing MQL targets and campaign ROI benchmarks.
