About Us
The International Air Academy, founded in 1979 by Arch Miller and located in Vancouver, Washington, is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as an accredited career school with three programs. Historically the school has prepared and trained students to enter the airline and related travel industry. Subsequently, Northwest Culinary Institute was founded in 2003, followed by Northwest Renewable Energy Institute in 2009. In all, we deliver technical training, coaching mentoring, and encouragement to some 400 students each year as they pursue professional success in their new chosen industry.
