Description
WSU Vancouver?s next Business Growth MAP Alliance meeting Choosing your Computer System: A roadmap to success Choosing and implementing a computer system is one of the most important projects your business will undertake?yet it is also costly and risky, and it?s easy to make a mistake. The right system will support efficient growth and processes, while a poor (or poorly implemented) system will be like driving your business with the parking brake on. Presenter Jeff Greenaway will outline ways to find and implement the right system for you, including determining how much system you need, choosing a vendor, deciding between cloud and in-house services, figuring out what help you need, reducing risks of failure and laying a solid foundation for growth. Greenaway is founder and consulting CIO at CIO onDemand, a consulting company specializing in technology strategy, process reengineering, enterprise resource planning systems and transformation for small to midsized companies. In addition to CIO onDemand, Greenaway serves on the advisory board for Ro Health, a healthcare staffing startup, and is a consultant/advisor to venture capital and investment firms on ERP trends.
