Description
To engage buyers, it is important to view the selling process from their perspective. At the second of three forums on effective marketing, Kevin Joyce will share the stages of the consumer decision process and show how to drive customers to become brand advocates.
Joyce, vice president of strategy services at The Pedowitz Group, has 35 years of experience in high tech, holding positions that include engineering, marketing and sales. His combination of skills helps companies to bridge the gap between sales and marketing.
