African Americans in the Columbia Basin
The Winter Chautauqua will explore the Buffalo Soldiers, the 1948 Vanport flood, and the NAACP in the Pacific Northwest through lectures and exhibits at Fort Vancouver Historic Site. This is a free event. RSVPs are required.
