This presentation explores the roles and responsibilities of board, staff and other volunteers in major gift fundraising to ensure the most efficient, effective and engaging experience for volunteers, staff and donors. Participants will learn different ways to approach major gift fundraising depending on the age and size of their organization as well as how to steward volunteer and donors alike. Presenter Tomika Anne Dew has extensive experience in fund raising and development for healthcare, education and social service organizations. She received recognition as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) in 1990 and received the Barbara Stallcup Miller Professional Achievement Award from WVDO in 2006.
