Her background includes working within diverse industries including financial services, education, and manufacturing. She is certified in many personality and talent assessment/development tools, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt, who holds a MBA from Iowa State University, and has studied Organizational and Adult Learning at Drake University. She is a dynamic trainer and leadership coach, and has facilitated many highly successful leadership development programs.
