Celebrate the start of summer and help out the local Food Bank! Yahoo baby! This fun evening Urban Adventure Race coupled with the arrival of summer, Costume Contest, Live Band and post-event festivities will create a wonderful community celebration while helping out the Clark County Food Bank. You can do this event solo although it will be A LOT MORE FUN to do it with at least one buddy. Teams can be maximum of 4 adults. If you have more that 4 adults that you want on your team, you can still all do the event together, just split yourselves up into multiple teams. Each person/team will get an envelope with a clue that will send you to one of 15 stations located throughout downtown and uptown Vancouver. Once you arrive, you will be required to complete a challenge (physical or mental) Once you complete the challenge at each station, you will get the next clue to direct you towards next station and a raffle ticket to be used for door prizes at end of night. Multiple kids can join a team, they just need to be able to complete 3-6 miles of running/walking and various physical challenges. Note: It is not required to complete all 15 stations. If you are mentally or physically tired, you can return to the start/finish area early and enjoy the band. Just know, you won't get as many raffle tickets and experience all the stations. You must get to each location by foot. You can use internet, Google, 411 and/or ask for verbal help if needed. If you are lost, you can go back to previous station to get a ''One Time Free Pass'' to help direct you to next location. All stations will close at 7:00pm so you have 2 hours to hit all stations. Door prizes will be drawn at 7:30pm and all raffle tickets must be submitted by then to be eligible for prizes.
