Description

Each participant will receive up to 10 minutes of laser coaching from the two SBAP coaches, Paul Montague and Ronnie Noize.

The individual coaching is done "in the round" (in front of the rest of the group) so that each person's speed coaching session is watched by the others in the group. There is tremendous value in this for all participants, because the issues, challenges or questions one person covers in his/her speed session may also apply to others.

After all attendees have completed their speech coaching sessions, the group will identify up to three topics for group discussion and masterminding.

The masterminding process allows all attendees to contribute ideas, suggestions, expertise and experience to the topic.

The meeting will start with speed coaching, and end with the discussion/masterminding.

Attendees are encouraged to bring specific questions, examples of their challenges, any documentation for review.
