From I-205: Take the Mill Plain Exit. Follow Mill Plain Boulevard for about 2.7 miles. Turn left onto 164th Ave. 164th Ave becomes 162 Ave. Turn right onto NE 15th St. Turn right into the first drive way. From SR-14: Take Exit 8 onto 164th Ave. After about 2.4 miles 164th Ave becomes 162 Ave. Turn right onto NE 15th St. Turn right into the first drive way. From Battleground area: Take SR-503 south to Padden Parkway and turn left. Padden Parkway becomes NW Ward Rd. the take the first right onto 162nd Ave. go 3.5 miles and turn left onto NE 15th St. Turn right into the first driveway.

Extra Innings Vancouver is proud to introduce our Strength & Conditioning Program. Sessions will focus on Speed, Strength, Core, Agility, Endurance and Flexibility. We will provide the most intense and highest quality sports training to athletes of all levels. Our demanding curriculum, that uses Nike SPARQ equipment, is cutting edge provided in a safe and fun environment. This time slot is ages 12 and up. Sessions can be billed individually or for the month. Let us find the Champion in you!
