Southwest Washington SHRM, in partnership with the Washington State HR Council and SHRM, is hosting a networking event and presentation by Dr. Alexander Alonso on Wednesday, March 9th. This event is free to all HR professionals. Dr. Alonso?s presentation is entitled, ?Why Certify?? and he will discuss the research that led to the development of the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge. He will also provide compelling logic as to why HR professionals would want to become certified.
