Event Presented by The Columbian Navigating The City of Vancouver E-Plans Process Brandy Osborn from the City of Vancouver presents on the city's new e-Plans portal. Learn the ins-and-outs of ePlans submission, plan upload, department reviews, resubmittal, and more. Bring your questions, as there will be plenty of time to go in-depth in this discussion. This event is open to the public and cost $10 (breakfast buffet included). SWCA members may register online. Non-members must call the SWCA office at (360) 694-7922 to register.
