Teenagers growing up in Nazi Germany struggle to claim their identities and transition into adulthood in our Fall play, Face Forward: Growing up in Nazi Germany, Directed by Linda Scheurman and written by Brendon Votipka. No answers come easily as these characters experience ordinary growing pains in the face of extraordinary historical tragedy. This show explores many themes that will resonate with young people today, including bullying and peer pressure. The atrocities of the holocaust are not dealt with in the play, but parents are advised to carefully consider whether their young children should attend.
