Senior Discount Days at Battle Ground Village

Battle Ground Village will be introducing a Senior Discount Day on Wednesdays through the month of December, starting December 7th. The majority of The Village shops and restaurants will be offering reductions in goods and services to seniors 55 and older. Each store will post their senior discount; it may range from a percentage off, to a buy one, get one free. ''The other shop owners and I hope that December Senior Discount Days will foster a strong bond between local seniors and The Village,'' expressed Paulette Smith, owner of Avalon Art Gallery. ''We would love to see The Village become a place where old friends can reconnect, have a coffee, do some shopping and maybe get a massage.''
