$160 for all FOUR SESSIONS
Chronic aches and pains, degenerative disc disease, bulging discs, bone spurs, muscle spasms, and sciatica will all be addressed through sleep positions, stretching, foam rolling, posture assessment, detailed movement lessons, and weekly plans for making progress.
All Movement Labs are open to the public. Each month, we dive into a specific body region or topic of interest. Repetitive stress injuries, back pain, headaches, and topics ranging from biking to yoga to cleaning the garage are addressed in these dynamic workshops designed for every body.
Movement Labs are taught by Dr. Jeni Gall, licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Orthopedic Movement Specialist, and Credentialed Clinical Instructor.
