Ribbon cutting ceremony will be at 5:00 pm.

Description
This is an opening event fundraiser and ribbon cutting being held at Applebee's Restaurant, 5111 NE 112th Ave., Vancouver WA. 15% of all food and drinks purchased will be donated to TPKF. The ribbon cutting will be held outside the restaurant at 5pm.
