Join the GVCC Ambassadors as we help celebrate Chappelle's Towing and Jacobus Carstar's Annual "Uplift Car Giveaway" on Wednesday July 27th at 5:30 p.m. at the Jacobus Carstar location, 6710 NE St Johns Road in Vancouver. We will have a fabulous ribbon cutting ceremony as they announce the winner and give away a car to a person in need! Check out #upliftclark on social media.
