Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce helps celebrate the opening of the newest Early Learning Center for preschool children - you are invited to the open house and ribbon cutting ceremony! EOCF (Educational Opportunities for Children and Families) is a non profit organization strengthening childen and families through early learning, child development and community partnerships.
