Please join the PTAC Southwest Washington Office at the Vancouver Community Library on Wednesday, January 7th for a "Small Business Participation Plans" Workshop from 1pm to 3pm.
The participation plan is a critical element of your pro-posal that businesses of all sizes frequently fail to submit, resulting in lost opportunities. Join Carol McIntyre, Deputy of Small Business—US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District for an overview of SBPPs and gain valuable in¬sights into what makes a great small business participation plan.
Small Business Participation Plans:
• Are required of both small and large businesses
• Apply to all Best Value Trade Off Contracts
• Contain goals based on Total Contract Value not on amount to be subcontracted
