In the current "hot" real estate market nonprofits must address their space challenges head on to ensure their facilities are stable, affordable and healthy workplaces. Structured to benefit organizations of any size, this two hour session with MotiveSpace will strengthen your understanding of the changing real estate market, how to negotiate with landlords or partners, and strategies to ensure your organization is maximizing the value of its rent or mortgage dollars.
