Wage and hour laws are taking center stage in today's employment law landscape, especially here in the Northwest. Oregon and Washington are joining many other states and local areas in enacting new and expansive employee-friendly laws. Just what does an organization need to do to prepare for these new laws and trends?
This session will discuss the latest developments in Oregon and Washington, including equal pay laws, paid medical and family leave, sick leave, and minimum wage along with trends to watch out for and how to get ahead of them.
