Description
Workshop Overview:
Development work takes patience and perseverance, but it’s one of the most rewarding investments you can make. Nearly two-thirds of all charitable giving comes from individuals. That means sharpening your individual donor outreach skills can lead to bigger gifts, stronger relationships, and long-term impact for your organization.
This session will help you feel more confident picking up the phone, getting the meeting, and creating a meaningful connection that leaves your donor excited to stay involved.
In this 90-minute workshop, you will:
- Learn how to qualify prospects and focus your time where it counts
- Practice and polish your donor call script to make outreach easier
- Know how to wrap up meetings with next steps that lead to future visits
- Build genuine connections that center your mission and grow trust
