MEET THE PRIME Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. and Halbert Construction Services LLC want to work with local subcontractors and suppliers like YOU. Hear about the upcoming projects they are handling for the City of Vancouver that you could work on. Learn about special requirements you might need to participate in the public procurement process from industry experts. Upcoming projects are tenant improvements or renovations and include: mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, flooring, concrete, communications, abatement, tiling, fire alarm, civil, and acoustical ceilings. Centennial and Halbert have been selected as Job Order Contractors for the City of Vancouver. Job Order Contracting is a multi-year performance-based contracting method that is competitively bid. 90% of JOC work must be completed by subcontractors. Space is limited. Please RSVP by 11/11.
