Description
In honor of National Hospice Month, Community Home Health & Hospice is hosting two Light up your night! events at the Salmon Creek Care Center on November 17 & 18. Please come light a memorial luminary. In addition there will also be refreshments, tours and more. There is no charge for this event and we look forward to seeing everyone there.
