Dan & Lisa HawkinsPrintDan has an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology and graduated with honors at the top of his class. He worked as an ASE Certified Master Technician for 15 years. In 2004, Dan was introduced to the leadership development program and made the brave decision to change career paths. Since then, Dan has established an organization of thousands of people. His leadership proficiency is so readily recognizable that he has been asked to speak across North America to groups ranging in size from 25 to over 15,000 people, and he also speaks on live webcasts shown around the world to share practical knowledge in all areas of leadership. Dan directs and leads thousands of other leaders to “pay it forward.” He authors multiple blogs on leadership and life. Most days, you will find Dan at his home in Wisconsin, reading and spending time with his wife Lisa and their three daughters. Lisa is most famous for her ability to discipline her schedule and her words; she is able to make time for all of her priorities on any given day as well as bring life to others through her wisdom and light-hearted ways. Together, Dan and Lisa are always ready to motivate and encourage others to develop their leadership principles.
