The Gifford Pinchot Task Force Offers Trips to the Cascades

Beginning the first week of April and running through late October, the Gifford Pinchot Task Force will host free field trips to the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.

June 27-28, Road Survey Camping Trip: Summer Camping Kick-Off
July 9, Hike along the Lewis River
July 18, Invasive Plant Hike at Big Hollow Trail
July 23-24, Timber Harvest Survey Trip at Silver Creek
July 31, Road Survey Day in the Wind River Watershed
August 14-16, Citizen Science Camping Trip in the Heart of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest
August 28-29, Grazing Monitoring Camping Trip adjacent to Mt. Adams Wilderness
August 29, Road Survey Trip to the Southern Gifford Pinchot National Forest
September 12, to Mount St. Helens proposed mine site in Green River Valley
September 13, Invasive Plant Hike in or near Indian Heaven Wilderness
September 18, Wildlife Camera Survey Trip in the Dark Divide
October 2, Wildlife Camera Survey Trip in the Dark Divide
