Evergreen Home Loans: just off Mill Plain Blvd, 1 mile east of I-205. At the intersection of 131st and Mill Plain, turn north on Park Plaza Drive (from westbound, turn right; from eastbound turn left). Take the 2nd left off Park Plaza. Drive past Columbia Credit Union, and park in the lot beyond and to your left. Evergreen Home Loans is next door to Little Italy's Trattoria.
Description
Instructors: Leslie Girard, Evergreen Home Loans and Deana Nerton, Windermere Real Estate - Vancouver. Completion of this class fulfills the homebuyer education requirement for WA State Bond loan programs. Instructors have undergone training and certification through WA State Housing Finance Commission. Reservations are recommended but not required. Pizza dinner provided.
