Class is held at Evergreen Home Loans in the conference room. Just off Mill Plain Blvd, 1 mile east of I-205. At the intersection of 131st and Mill Plain, turn north on Park Plaza Drive (from westbound, turn right; from eastbound turn left). Take the 2nd left off Park Plaza. Drive past Columbia Credit Union, and park in the lot beyond and to your left. Evergreen Home Loans is next door to Little Italy's Trattoria.

Instructors: Jennifer Hatch, Evergreen Home Loans and Ellen Hartzell, Realty Pro - Vancouver.Completion of this class fulfills the homebuyer education requirements for WA State Bond loan programs. Instructors have undergone training and certification by WA State Housing Finance Commission. Beverages and snacks will be provided. Reservations recommended but not required.
