What is the Excellence for Nonprofit Leadership Program?
An intensive 3-day, 9-session course designed to offer strategic and technical support to all current and aspiring nonprofit leaders in southwest Washington.
Produced by the Greater Vancouver Chamber with the support of The Firstenburg Foundation and Clark County Washington, the Excellence for Nonprofit Leadership Program provides the essential skills to boost your organization's capacity and elevate professional standards.
This initiative also cultivates a pipeline of leadership-ready candidates poised to advance the goals of southwest Washington's nonprofit sector.

How much does it cost?
Standard Access | $1250.00
Applicable to all participants. This fee covers access to all three full days, resources, and training materials. Food will be provided.
Scholarship to Participate
Thanks to the generous support of The Firstenburg Foundation and Clark County Washington, GVC is able to provide a limited number of $1000 scholarships towards participation in this program.
Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:
- You are an executive of a nonprofit with annual revenues less than $250,000
OR
- You are a member of a community who has experienced longstanding inequities (e.g., racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities) needing financial assistance to participate.
The "Sponsored Fee" of $250 will cover access to all three full days, resources, and training materials. Food will be provided.
