Creekside Place Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting

On Thursday, January 7th from 1:30-4:30pm, join us for our Grand Opening under our new name, Creekside Place!  At 2:30, please join us for an official ribbon cutting ceremony by Battle Ground Mayor Philip Johnson! Enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres, warm conversation and a presentation honoring our dedicated team members. While here, visit with other community members and senior care vendors, and take a tour of our vibrant community where seniors thrive!
 

At Creekside Place, our senior living community, we provide person-centered care in a small, friendly, homelike environment. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our residents engage in a variety of activities, such as exercise classes, Qigong, card and board games, church services, bingo, arts and crafts, and cooking club. We also go on outings for shopping, dining, and entertainment. We are committed to providing the ideal assisted living care for your loved one.
