Description
Please join Community Home Health & Hospice for our first annual Community Cares Breakfast. An event to help build a grief support center and memorial garden in the Salmon Creek area of Clark County. Open to the entire community, this important resource will support grieving adults, teens and children. Join us for a bountiful breakfast, short program and Art from the heart - art for sale created by children expressing their grief journey.
