Rose Medical Groups, LLC, and Columbia River Mental Health Services are announcing the opening of their Battle Ground office. A Grand Opening celebration has been scheduled for Thursday, January 21st, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at their new clinic at the site of the former Reflector building, 20 NW 20th Avenue, Battle Ground.
A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Battle Ground Mayor Philip Johnson will be held at 6pm sharp.
The collaboration will mark the first major partnership between a primary care provider and a behavioral health agency in Clark County. The office will focus on care integration, a holistic approach to health care that links physical health with mental health and chemical dependency treatment. The collaboration will predominantly serve the Medicaid eligible population.
“We know that people can achieve better health outcomes when we’re able to treat all of their conditions in a comprehensive way,” Columbia River CEO Craig Pridemore said. “That leads to better health at less cost to the health care delivery system and to the patient.”
The Battle Ground Urgent Care Clinic will be the largest effort to date by Rose Medical to expand Medicaid access for primary care in Clark County.
Formed in 1942 and with 210 employees, Columbia River Mental Health Services is the largest and oldest provider of behavioral health services in Clark County.
