CMAC Open House

Description

It is our honor to invite you to team up with The Historic Trust of Vancouver and CMAC (Community Military Appreciation Committee) in our community salute to our local Veterans on Saturday, November 9, 2019.
 

• We will be inviting the community to attend a free Hot Dog, Chips, & Ice Cream Luncheon at the Hudson Bay High School's Commons. A "Come to Lunch" theme will be promoted.
• Also, taking place will be inter-active displays with our Military organizations, local Veteran programs, face painting for kids, raffle giveaways, and many interesting activities. We will be displaying a map pinning where our local service men and women are and have been deployed.
• We are inviting and giving our local Veteran organizations and Veteran friendly businesses the opportunity to manage a booth in the Commons that demonstrate their programs, banners, promotional materials; and if possible, names and biographies of employed Veterans.
• Due to space availability and certain companies’ exclusivity contracts, we will have a selection process. Please submit your interest (application attached) by October 25, 2019.
• We will have tables available. (Due to available inventory, plus as reassurance, you may want to arrange your own standby table.)
• For community fun and your company’s promotion, we encourage you to have raffle giveaways plus family-friendly toys and activities included in your booth.
• There is no charge (other than your time) to sponsoring your booth. Set up begins at 9:00am and taken down by 5:00pm on Saturday, Nov. 9.
