Description
Charter Communications is hosting a hiring event at the Heathman Lodge. We are seeking 100 additional Billing Representatives to join our team to ensure a positive experience by providing high qualtiy customer service and billing support. This position requires the ability to promptly respond to inbound call center calls and accurately resolve customer concerns; proactively recommend Charter products and services based upon customer needs.
We are offering 3 sessions. Candidates must attend full session to be considered.
TIMES
Session 1: 7:00am - 9:00am
Session 2: 11:00am - 1:00pm
Session 3: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Registration begins 30 minutes prior to each session.
