Description
Complimentary workshop for business owners. Having a legal, buy/sell agreement in place is a must but is often misunderstood or put-off for too long. Join us at Landerholm, a renowned law firm in downtown Vancouver, on August 16th from 7:30-9:00 AM.
Presenters include Erin Lambley - Attorney at Law with Landerholm, Cory Thomas - Independent Financial Advisor with Gateway NW Wealth Advisors and Jon Dupes - Buy/Sell Insurance Expert with McQueenn Kalligan Insurance Services. Q/A to follow.
After leaving the workshop attendees will understand how a Buy/Sell Agreement works, which type is appropriate for your business and how to go about obtaining one.
This workshop is open to anyone including LLC Members, Partnerships, corporate shareholders etc.
A light breakfast and Coffee will be provided.
