A new book group focused on the professional and personal development of working professionals. This group is particularly targeted for nonprofit executive directors, management team members and board members who are conscious of their leadership challenges and wish to explore further development.
Participants should expect fun and humor while learning, exploring a serious topic in a low-key and light setting; fellowship and networking; application and practice of techniques in a safe setting. Facilitated by Nancy Pionk, Executive Director of Community Mediation Services (CMS), this program is a partnership of Community Mediation Services with the Nonprofit Network SWWA.
The AM Book Club will be reading ““Crucial Conversations Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High” Second Edition by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Al Switzler, and Ron McMillan.
