2016 Holiday Luncheon & Basket Raffle
(in place of the usual Monthly General Luncheon)
Join the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce for our yuletide luncheon on Wednesday, December 21, 11:30am - 1:30pm at the Battle Ground Community Center showcasing wonderful baskets donated by local businesses for the holiday raffle (raffle tickets $1 each or 25 for $20). We’ll have holiday music, an excellent lunch and a fun time for all. Last year’s attendance was to capacity so make sure you plan ahead and make your reservations soon.
After last year's experience with the tornado and resulting power outage, we are asking that everyone either pay in advance or bring a check with you to the event if at all possible. If you want to pay in advance, either register on the website, give us a call at (360) 687-1510, or drop by the Chamber's office with your credit card. This will make it easier for everyone to get checked in and enjoy the event.
This is an excellent networking opportunity to a sellout event. Donated gift baskets can be created to reflect your business or holiday theme. All participants are given great name recognition and exposure. Donors will be recognized at the luncheon, in the monthly newsletter, on the web page, and in the Thank You ad. Baskets should have a starting value of $100. If you’d like to donate a basket but are under a time crunch, we can have one professionally prepared for you if you ‘d like. Just give us a budget and you can sit back and relax.
For more exposure, sponsor a table. Decorate a table in holiday cheer with favors for 8 place settings and a centerpiece, showcasing your company. In addition to the Donor media level, table sponsors will receive one event ticket, 5 basket raffle tickets, a free insert in the Chamber newsletter, Big Screen Thank You Ad, recognition on poster flyers, programs, and all community advertising.* Remember the purpose of table sponsorship is to promote your business to the luncheon guests...so make it memorable! (Table Sponsor centerpieces will be awarded to a guest at your table. Sponsors are encouraged to use a unique way to award the centerpiece. Ask for ideas if needed!) Having a representative of your company at your sponsored table to promote your business is a plus.
We’ll need the basket no later than Dec 2nd. You can either drop it off at the Chamber of Commerce office or call us ahead of time for pick up on that day. Contact the Chamber (360-687-1510) or fill out the below RSVP/participation form to sponsor a table or donate a basket for the Holiday Basket Raffle.
Remember, this is an excellent event that gives you three opportunities to market your business and spread holiday cheer. You have the opportunity to meet new people and other business owners, spotlight your business by donating a basket or sponsoring a table, and have fun at the same time.
Golden Tickets will be sold again! The Golden Ticket winner has first choice of ANY basket and is eligible to win another basket in general drawing.
* The Big Screen Thank You Ad will run in the first quarter 2017.
