Description

The Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation Department and the Parks Foundation of Clark County are partnering to plant summer flowers at Propstra Square in Esther Short Park. Volunteers are asked to bring gloves, kneeling pads, and trowels. Lunch will be provided through a generous donation from the Hilton.
