Northwest Personal Training From I-5 going South: Take 1-5 to the City Center/Mill Plain/Port of Vancouver Exit #1C. Veer to the right at the bottom of the ramp. Get into the left lane safely but immediately. Turn left at Broadway. Northwest Personal Training & Fitness Education is located at 1011 Broadway (between 11 th and Evergreen – 10 th st ). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From Portland on 1-5 going North: Take I-5 to City Center/6 th Street Exit #1B. Stay straight off the ramp which turns into "C" St. Turn left on 12th street. Turn left on Broadway. Northwest Personal Training & Fitness Education is located at 1011 Broadway (between 11 th and Evergreen - 10 th st.). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From Highway 14: Take Highway 14 West to the City Center Exit. Stay straight which turns into "C" St. Turn left on 12th street . Turn left on Broadway. Northwest Personal Training & Fitness Education is located at 1011 Broadway (between 11 th and Evergreen - 10 th st.). Free 2 hour parking is located in the lot on the corner of Broadway and Evergreen. Metered parking is located on all city streets in the vicinity and is Free on weekends, mornings before 8:00am and after 6:00pm on weekdays.
Description
You can cross the finish line too! Is your mom, grandma or aunt running or walking the Girlfriends Half Marathon? Well, now's your chance to cross the finish line just like them and make a big difference to other kids in need. You'll get a cool goody bag full of neat stuff, a finisher's shirt to wear and a medal! 100% of the money you raise will go to the Children's Center, an incredible organization that helps kids who are dealing with some really tough stuff like physical, mental & sexual abuse, suicidal tendencies, divorce issues, and so many other issues that kids shouldn't have to deal with. Well, now you can help! You will walk or jog 12 miles in the weeks before the Girlfriends Half Marathon. Then on October 13th at 12:30pm you will finish your Half Marathon by completing 1.1 miles as a group. How you break up your 12 miles is up to you. You could do a mile a day for 12 days or 2 miles at a time over 6 days. Make it your own race. You will register as a participant, complete a log, and pick up your goody bag and shirt at goody bag pick-up the Friday or Saturday before the event. Then you will finish your last mile on October 14th, receive your medal as you cross the finish line and feel amazing knowing you're doing an awesome thing for a lot of kids.
