Explore movement together and learn about common habits and patterns that contribute to dysfunction in MovePT Movement Labs. These weekly classes are open to the public and are geared toward learning how to move well through gentle practice and awareness. Each month, we will dive into a new body region or topic of interest. Repetitive stress injuries, back pain, headaches, and topics ranging from biking to yoga to cleaning the garage are addressed in these dynamic workshops designed for every body. Learn fundamentals of movement and go home with a personalized plan for improving how you live.
