Communication and Conflict Management February 15 & 22, 2013, 8AM - 5PM Includes conflict theory and styles, active listening techniques, trust building, collaborative negotiations, and conflict management tools for home and in the workplace. Part II. Basic Mediation Skills March 1, 22 & 29, 2013, 8AM - 5 PM Basic Mediation Skills focuses on the mediation process and the mediator's role and ethics.
