SBC Global Consulting, LLC was founded on January 1, 2020, by Dr. Sterling K. Carter. Dr. Carter is a native of Chicago but has lived in Vancouver since 2012 and loves the Portland / Vancouver area. After 20 years of internal consulting in the United States Army Europe, the United Parcel Service, and Ricoh USA, Dr. Carter earned an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and a Doctorate of Management, specializing in Global Leadership. Dr. Carter served the Army in Heidelberg, Germany, in logistics and supply chain management in the largest transportation and logistics battalion in the U.S. Army with operations in Germany, Poland, Belgium, Luxemburg Holland. Dr. Carter is fluent in Spanish and enjoys classical piano.
