About Us

Founded in 2002, Rocksolid’s updated mission statement is: Transforming lives through positive mentorship, youth development and growth. Our vision is to cultivate generations of engaged, well rounded and community minded individuals with a Rocksolid foundation. Empowered to shape their future by the skills, relationships and experiences gained through this program. Our values of inclusiveness, mentorship, connection, empowerment, fun, and learning, drive everything we do. We focus on providing engaging after-school activities for students in grades 5-12 in the Battle Ground, Hockinson, and surrounding Clark County School Districts. Rocksolid emphasizes building healthy relationships while developing life skills, business skills, prevention & awareness, cultural enrichment, good homework habits, leadership skills, healthy eating, sports, the Arts, and community service. We provide transportation from 10 local schools to our center and offer a free healthy snack each day. The program costs $20 per youth for the year, with scholarships available as needed.

Rocksolid prides itself in partnering with many businesses and organizations that support the program. Rocksolid is funded by grants, annual auction, and donations from businesses and individuals.
