Michelle's Mediation facilitates the connection between businesses in Clark County and Keys to Advancement Employment Consultants. Referrals are made through Professional Connections and Chamber of Commerce networking groups.

Professional Connections is a networking group supporting businesses in Clark County by providing engaging, educational speakers, and resources that help businesses build inclusive environments that advocate for persons with disabilities in the workplace. I provide referrals connecting businesses with willing employees.

Keys to Advancement is a Clark County vendor dedicated to helping people with disabilities and other disadvantages find jobs. Keys to Advancement works to make sure our customers find a job that fits them. A job coach helps the employee gain successful skills on the job site. Through our service, we stay with our customers until they are fully trained on all job tasks and for those with long-term supports, we support them on the job as long as they need.
