Keith Upkes Coaching, a business coaching and advisory organization based in the metro area of Portland, Oregon, is a beacon of expertise in the industry. Serving clients across the United States and Canada, the company was founded by Keith Upkes in 2003 as a fractional CFO consulting organization, which converted to business coaching in 2005.

We use the Metronomics and Scaling Up systems to develop long-term, near-term, and short-term strategic plans and execution systems. Starting small, we have grown from a single client in Vancouver, Washington, to working with hundreds of high-growth companies across North America.

We are a powerhouse consisting of a husband-and-wife team of industry veterans. Our differentiated approach to coaching with the Metronomics framework is a fun and engaging collaborative process incorporating a high-accountability system.
