About Us
Children's Home Society of Washington is a non-profit organization that has been helping children, youth and families in Southwest Washington for more than 60 years. Our mission is to develop healthy children, create strong families, build engaged communities, and speak and advocate for children. Founded in 1896, CHSW is the oldest and largest non-profit social services agency for children in Washington dedicated to advancing the well-being of children with a unique combination of innovative programming, support and advocacy. CHSW has offices and programs in eight counties across the state where programming includes Behavioral Health, Family Support, Early Learning, and Adoption services.
