Seeking knowledgeable locksmith to join our quality team. Primarily for commercial hardware installation and related services in the Portland, OR Metro area, and Pacific Northwest Region (I-5) Corridor and surrounding area.
The qualified candidate must be able to apply all standard trade practices and techniques required for the position in a professional manner, possess good customer service attributes, and work independently and efficiently. Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining door hardware including all makes and brands of exit devices, door closers, electronic locking devices, keying, master-keying, key cutting, and other common door hardware applications.
• Providing thorough and professional site surveys and quotes for material and services.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and support staff frequently and effectively.
• Keep accurate records and documentation required for the position.

Skills needed:

• Knowledgeable in various materials and types of doors and openings.
• The ability to work in various locations and site conditions effectively.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools used in commercial hardware installation.

• Professional manner and the ability to communicate well with customer representatives and shop management.
• Reliable and trustworthy with company vehicles, equipment and time.
• Basic computer and related technology skills.

• Organized and timely paperwork submittal practices.

Must have: Valid Driver's License Minimum 3 years of experience requested. M-F 8AM to 5PM (some non-standard hours will apply on an as-needed basis).
